Tandoori Chicken Masala

Try this tender Tandoori Chicken Masala recipe. Spicy and soft

Ingredients
- Chicken 1 ½ kg (whole)

Lemon 4

Yogurt 1 cup

White vinegar ½ cup
-
Food color pinch
-
Red chilli crushed 1 tsp

Black pepper crushed 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Tandoori chicken masala 2 to 3 tbsp

Oil as required

Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- Wash chicken, apply vinegar and pinch of food color on chicken.

In a bowl add yogurt, crushed red chili, crushed black pepper, ginger
garlic paste, tandoori chicken masala and salt to mix and marinate
chicken in it.

Now pour lemons juice on chicken and give steam and cover the lid.

When chicken water dries, deep fry it on low flame.

When it turns golden brown, put it in oven and bake it for 10 minutes.

Tandoori chicken is ready.
