Lychee Colada is an Italian
juice, popular all over the world. The Italians prepared drink with
lychee in the 7th century AD. This drink used to be served at fancy
events or on special occasions.
Recipe Ingredients
- Lychee 100 gm
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Red syrup (Jam-e-Sheerin) to taste
- Ice as required
Recipe Method
- Blend lychee, coconut milk and sugar in a juicer machine.
- After blending for 3 to 5 minutes, when it takes the form of lychee paste, add fresh cream and ice cubes.
- Now blend it again.
- Lychee colada is ready.
- Pour the drink into a glass.
- Garnish with fresh cream and serve it.
- Use small pieces of ice to save your time while preparing the drink.
