As name suggest these kebabs are soft and tender with a mouthwatering taste. Cream, coconut, yogurt and spices are used to make Malai Seekh Kabab flavorsome. Read the recipe and discover how you can make them in two ways.


Recipe Ingredients
  • Beef ½ kg
  • Onions 2
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Garlic clove 6
  • Ginger 1 Piece
  • Coconut 2 tbsp (crushed)
  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg and mace ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
Recipe Method
  1. In a chopper add beef, onion, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, chopped coconut, red chili powder, all spice powder, cumin seed, nutmeg and mace and salt, chop it well.
  2. Now add egg, cream, and yogurt to the minced meat.
  3. Fix the meat on the skewers and barbecue it, till it becomes light brown.
  4. Or heat oil in a pan and fry the kebab until light brown and tender.
  5. Malai seekh kebab is ready.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
