Malai Seekh Kabab

As name suggest these kebabs
are soft and tender with a mouthwatering taste. Cream, coconut, yogurt
and spices are used to make Malai Seekh Kabab flavorsome. Read the
recipe and discover how you can make them in two ways.
Recipe Ingredients
- Beef ½ kg
- Onions 2
- Green Chilies 6
- Garlic clove 6
- Ginger 1 Piece
- Coconut 2 tbsp (crushed)
- Egg 1
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Nutmeg and mace ½ tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- In a chopper add beef, onion, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, chopped coconut, red chili powder, all spice powder, cumin seed, nutmeg and mace and salt, chop it well.
- Now add egg, cream, and yogurt to the minced meat.
- Fix the meat on the skewers and barbecue it, till it becomes light brown.
- Or heat oil in a pan and fry the kebab until light brown and tender.
- Malai seekh kebab is ready.
- Serve hot with chutney.
