Kathiawari Aalo
Kathiawari Aalo can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.
Recipe Ingredients
1 kg Potatoes
1cup Imli juice
1cup Jaggery
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1tsp Salt
2 tbsp Cumin seeds crushed
1/2 tsp All spice
1cup Oil
25 Curry leaves
Recipe Method
Heat 1 cup oil add 25 curry leaves with 1 kg small boiled
potatoes and fry for 10 minutes till light golden then add 1 cup imli
juice mixed with 4 tbsp jiggery, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp
coriander crushed,2 tbsp cumin crushed, 1/2 tsp all spice, mix all well
till thick, serve and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
