Lagan Nu Custard - Is a well-liked wonderful recipe as a side dish
with easy effort for homemade on Eid, Ramadan, party food and most other
days with good taste and texture. Always great to have in all seasons.

Ingredients
- Milk powder 1 cup

Eggs 4

Condensed milk 1 tin

Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Green cardamom ground 1 tsp

Roasted and flaked almonds 3 tbsp

Water 1 ½ cup
Cooking Directions
- Beat eggs.

Ground green cardamom.

In bowl mix powder milk, water, condensed milk and eggs, then mix it well.

Then add vanilla essence and green cardamom.

Bake it on 180 degree C for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle roasted almonds on the top.

Serve cold.
