How To Make Pineapple Bread Surprise, Galawat Murgh And Goanese Prawn Curry by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients for Pineapple Bread Surprise:

  • Bread 4
  • Milk  2 cups
  • Egg pudding 1 packet
  • Pineapple tidbits 1 cup
  • Pineapple syrup 1/2 cup
  • Whipped cream 8 ounces
  • Caramel syrup 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Galawat Murgh:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Coconut powder 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Almonds 6
  • Roasted gram 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Mace 1/4 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Onion brown 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tsp

Ingredients for Goanese Prawn Curry:

  • Prawns cleaned 1/2 kg
  • Kashmiri red chilies 4
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Coriander seeds crushed 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • White cumin whole 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt 1 tsp
