Ingredients for Achari Paratha:
- Flour 1 cup
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Water to knead
For Filling:
- Achaar masala as required
- Ghee as required
Ingredients for Achari Hara Mutton:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Green chillies 2 thinly sliced
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
For Onion Paste:
- Onion 2
- Green chillies 8
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
For Achaari Masala:
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 3/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
For Bhagar:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Black seeds 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Karahi Liver Masala:
- Liver 1/2 kg
- Chilli powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tomato 1 chopped
- White cumin crushed 1 tsp heaped
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Kasori methi 1 tbsp
- Green chillies 8
- Ginger Julian 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
