Bake Potatoes Crème in Cheese Style

Ingredients
- Potato 3
- Milk ½ liter
- Flour 3 tbsp (roasted)
- Parsley ¼ bunch (chopped)
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Carrot 1 (chopped)
- Capsicum 1 (chopped)
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese 1 packet (grated)

Cooking Directions
- Cut potatoes into thin slices.
- In a pan put milk and let it cook till it comes to a boil.
- Add flour and cook till mixture thickens.
- Also add parsley and oregano. Then turn the flame off.
- Add in onion, carrot and capsicum.
- Also add black pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Spread half of the white sauce in a baking dish, arrange sliced potatoes on sauce.
- Top with the remaining white sauce.
- Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
